User-Submitted Content

Event submissions

When you submit an event through our submission form, you grant Villa+Cala Lineup a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, edit, and display the submitted information on our website, app, newsletter, and social media channels.

Business listing claims

When you claim a business listing, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business. We may request verification before processing a claim. We reserve the right to reject claims that we cannot verify.

When submitting content to the Lineup, you agree that:

Featured/paid listings: Businesses may purchase enhanced directory placements. Featured listings are governed by separate advertising agreements and are clearly identified as such.

Villa+Cala Lineup displays advertising, including ads served through Google AdSense and direct advertising partnerships. We may also publish sponsored content or featured placements.

Account termination by you

You may delete your account at any time through the mobile app (More > Delete Account) or by contacting us at hello@villacalalineup.com. When you delete your account:

Your profile, saved items, preferences, and push notification tokens are permanently deleted.
Content you submitted (events, business listing claims) may be retained in anonymized form to preserve the accuracy of our directory and calendar.
Account deletion is irreversible. We cannot recover a deleted account.

Account termination by us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, submission of false or misleading content, or abuse of our Services.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use our Services for any unlawful purpose.
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from our site using automated tools without our written permission.
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt our Services or servers.
